Send us a month of carrier invoices and the rates you agreed. We read every line item, compare it to your contract, and hand back an evidence ledger: invoice, clause, billed, expected, difference — with a dispute drafted for each overcharge, ready for you to approve.
How the proof-of-value works
- You send invoices (PDF) and your carrier rate card. One carrier is enough to start.
- We audit them and return the ledger within two business days. Every finding is verified by a person before you see it.
- You approve the disputes you want sent. We never contact a carrier without your approval.
- You pay 20% of what the carrier actually credits back. Nothing on findings, nothing up front.
Built for mid-market shippers and distributors on parcel, LTL and truckload. Documents are held only for the audit and deleted on request.
