Send us a month of carrier invoices and the rates you agreed. We read every line item, compare it to your contract, and hand back an evidence ledger: invoice, clause, billed, expected, difference — with a dispute drafted for each overcharge, ready for you to approve.
How the proof-of-value works
- You send invoices (PDF, or a phone photo of the paper) and your carrier rate card. One carrier is enough to start.
- We audit them and return the ledger within two business days. Every finding is verified by a person before you see it.
- You approve the disputes you want sent. We never contact a carrier without your approval.
- You pay 20% of what the carrier actually credits back. Nothing on findings, nothing up front.
Built for mid-market shippers and distributors on parcel, LTL and truckload. Documents are held only for the audit and deleted on request.
Cost recovery diagnostic · $199
For clubs, hotels and distributors that want a fixed-price first look: send 20 supplier invoices, one supplier agreement and your last 12 electricity bills (PDF or phone photos). Within 10 business days you get a written findings memo — every line billed above what you agreed, with the clause behind it, and every tariff or demand-charge error on the power side. The $199 is credited against the first success fee if you continue: 20% of overcharges a vendor actually credits, 25% of energy savings we verify. Nothing is sent to a vendor without your written approval.
